Los vecinos de Quebrada de Germán, en la parroquia La Guaira, enfrentan serios problemas debido al desbordamiento de una boca de visita que lleva dos años sin tapa. Esta situación ha provocado que un desagradable olor invada sus hogares, generando molestias y afectando su calidad de vida.
Germán Díaz expresó que las autoridades “han venido en repetidas ocasiones a tomar numerosas fotos y hacer reportes, pero no han solucionado nada con la cloaca”.
Además, señaló que “el agua cae en la quebrada, una situación que no se ha resuelto. Los más perjudicados son aquellos que transitan por el lugar”.
8 casas afectadas por la boca de visita
“El 22 de diciembre del año pasado, tuve que limpiar mi casa porque toda el agua sucia se devolvió. No es culpa nuestra, ya que las cañerías están destapadas. El daño en las cañerías proviene de la parte superior de Quebrada de Germán, y por eso el agua se devuelve y entra a 8 casas”, detalló Luisa Castillo.
Caída de árboles afectó casas
Gladys Díaz también señaló otros problemas: “Además de las cloacas y la quebrada, que son los principales problemas, durante las fuertes lluvias el pasado mes de febrero, cayeron tres árboles sobre mi casa: uno de uva, almendrón y mora. Estos árboles están en la parte trasera y todavía nadie ha venido a ayudarme con esta situación. Soy una mujer mayor y necesito apoyo”.
Los habitantes solicitan el apoyo de las autoridades, ya que llevan mucho tiempo desasistidos y no pueden seguir viéndose perjudicados por estas situaciones que afectan gravemente la convivencia y la salud de la comunidad.
