Breiner Rivas, residente de Osma y padre de familia, ha levantado su voz para denunciar las injustas restricciones laborales que ha enfrentado desde Semana Santa. Rivas, quien trabajaba como prestador de servicio en el estacionamiento de la playa de la zona turística, se vio obligado a detener sus labores debido a un altercado en el que se vio involucrado.
Según su testimonio, durante la madrugada del pasado Viernes Santo, al llamar la atención a un grupo de turistas por generar ruido excesivo, se vio envuelto en una disputa que resultó en consecuencias desproporcionadas para él.
A pesar de que tres personas resultaron procesadas, Rivas afirma ser el único que ha pagado las consecuencias, las cuales no lo perjudican solo a él si no también a su esposa y sus tres hijos menores, ya que su trabajo como prestador de servicios es su único medio de sustento.

Rivas, conocido en redes como @tysonlaplayaosma2, ha señalado que el consejo comunal de la zona lo ha culpado injustamente en reiteradas ocasiones por situaciones en las que no tiene participación, llegando incluso a recopilar firmas que han resultado en restricciones para ejercer sus labores.
A pesar de haber acudido a las autoridades pertinentes, incluyendo la fiscalía y la prefectura, Rivas afirma que se le ha negado el derecho a trabajar bajo acusaciones infundadas y un presunto acuerdo de conciliación excluyente.
Ante esta difícil situación, Rivas hace un llamado a la comunidad para buscar una solución justa y equitativa que le permita restablecer su capacidad para proveer a su familia.
