La carretera que conduce al sector 13 de Abril en El Rincón, parroquia Maiquetía, se encuentra en mal estado, y dificulta el acceso a de vehículos livianos y unidades de transporte público.
Este deterioro ha generado molestia en los conductores del transporte público, y a los usuarios, pues temen quedar sin las pocas unidades que prestan el servicio, pues las grietas cada día son más grandes.
