El relevo de Venezuela, compuesto por Adriana Rosales, Samanta Díaz, Miguel Rangel y el guaireño, Carlos Gregoris, logró medalla de bronce en la prueba de 4×150 metros mixtos de las actividades subacuáticas de los Juegos Suramericanos de Playa Santa Marta 2023.
En el embarcadero de Deportes Náuticos de Santa Marta, los venezolanos acumularon tiempo de 05:29.86 y terminaron por detrás de Ecuador (05:24.37) y Colombia (05:20.68).

“La competencia estuvo bastante atropellada, fue bastante difícil. La playa tuvo condiciones distintas a las otras dos jornadas, pero dimos lo mejor de nosotros”, explicó Carlos Gregoris, que se convirtió en el segundo guaireño con presea.
Actividades Subacuáticas deja una cosecha de tres medallas de plata y tres de bronce en su estreno, representando a Venezuela en competencias multidisciplinarias.
Cabe destacar que, Venezuela lleva hasta el momento un total de cuatro medallas en su haber, dos de oro, ganadas por Daniel Arocha y Rosmarky Álvarez en sus respectivas categorías de surf. Además, cuenta con una de plata y otra de bronce.
