En una sesión especial conjunta celebrada este miércoles, 10 de enero, el Consejo Legislativo del estado La Guaira (CLELG) y el Concejo Municipal de Vargas llevaron a cabo la instalación de las juntas directivas correspondientes al periodo legislativo 2024-2025.
El evento tuvo lugar en el Hemiciclo de la plaza Bolívar-Chávez, donde el Bloque de la Patria reafirmó a las juntas directivas del año anterior (2023).

Por su parte, el legislador Jhony Rivas informó que la fracción de la unidad democrática decidió abstenerse de votar por los cargos de presidente y vicepresidente del legislativo. Sin embargo, apoyaron la elección del secretario en ambas directivas.
Los cargos quedaron ratificados de la siguiente manera:
- Yubisay Córdova, Presidenta
- Anderson Morillo, Vicepresidente
- Y en la secretaría, Deiny Quijada.
Asimismo, la directiva del concejo municipal se se conformó con los siguientes ediles:
- Cali Liliana Rivas, Presidenta
- Leandro Rojas, Vicepresidente
- Y Yubisay López en la Secretaría.
