Seis hermosas jóvenes se disputaron la corona del Miss Grand La Guaira 2023, para convertirse en la sucesora de Valeria Camacho. Pero fue, Camila Soto, representante de la parroquia Carayaca, quien la noche de este domingo 08 de octubre, se alzó con el máximo título, convirtiéndose en la representante del estado La Guaira rumbo a la contienda nacional del Miss Grand Venezuela.
Soto, quien además obtuvo la banda de miss elegancia, quedó en el cuadro de ganadoras acompañada por la representante de Catia La Mar, Camila Cariaco, primera finalista; y la representante de Carlos Soublette, Karem de Sousa, como segunda finalista.

En el evento que se llevó a cabo en las instalaciones de Aura La Guaira, contó con la animación de Jorge Villahermosa y la coanimación de Grebel Catariz, y para la difícil tarea de calificar a las jóvenes aspirantes, hubo un jurado calificado conformado por siete personas, entre ellos el productor de eventos y coreógrafo Juan Silva.
Las candidatas, además de los acostumbrados desfile en traje de baño y traje de gala, ofrecieron un mensaje sobre su visión en tópicos como la guerra y violencia, vestidas con un traje blanco, que evocaba la paz, confeccionado por la marca @misbrujitas_.
Cabe mencionar que George Wittels, presidente de la organización, asumió la realización de este evento a nivel regional debido a presuntas irregularidades que se habían presentado con los franquiciados, quienes entre otras cosas no habían tomado en cuenta a la reina saliente en las actividades.
